Reporting on Duncan's Murder

The Canterbury Tales Analysis

  • Assessed student understanding of the characters 

  • Exploration complex themes and topics related to the tales

    • The Church, Masculinity, Femininity, social class

  • Through individual conferences students developed their writing and argumentation skills in:

    • Thesis statements, topic sentences, structure

  • Prepared and challenged students to produce college-ready writing
